These terms apply to the website concretegroupjo.com and to the official social media accounts and internal tools operated by Concrete Group (Basbous Contracting Est.).

1. Use of the website. The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a quotation, offer or engineering advice. Any project is governed only by a separate written agreement.
2. Social media accounts. We publish content about our work and services on our own social media accounts. Some content may use reference images; where an image is not from our own projects, we state this.
3. Internal tools. Concrete Media is an internal tool used only by Concrete Group staff to prepare and schedule posts to the company’s own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public.
4. Intellectual property. Our name, logo and original content belong to Concrete Group. Third-party content remains the property of its owners.
5. Links. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our pages.
6. Liability. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
7. Privacy. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
